Southern Athletic Club Group Fitness

Group fitness classes have evolved into diverse avenues of fun and excitement over the last 20 years. Group fitness now includes everything from Body Pump, yoga to Salsa. There’s more choices for those who have physical limitations than every before and there’s so much to pick from, you won’t get a chance for boredom to set in.
