"I have been a member of SAC for over a year and have enjoyed all the group classes they offer. However, I felt like I wasn't getting the usual work-out from the group classes. Not because the classes weren't great, but because I had been use to them. So, when the club announced they were starting a Body Boot Camp, I thought it was just what I needed.
 
The instructors have a great way of making each class different and fun. Chris has the ability to pick up each individuals ability and limitations and gives just the right push and/or words of encouragement when needed. Deb is great at checking out everyones' individual technique and form offering up ways to adapt the exercise to each persons needs.
 
The best part about Boot Camp is the support system with Chris and Deb and all the other trainees. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. The time usually flies by because we socialize at the same time that we are working out. Some of us were talking about being addicted and can't wait for the next session.
